Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

At F8ful Frenz, we offer shipping island-wide from our online store based in Kingston Jamaica.  We aim to package your items carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Our shipping policy outlines our commitment to providing you with a hassle-free and seamless shopping experience.

Order Processing
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after they are placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and order information.

Shipping Methods
We offer shipping for all 14 parishes through Knutsford Express. They have a standard rate of JMD 700 for the first 10 lbs (1-10 lbs) and JMD 55 for each lb over 10 lbs.  After your order is delivered to Knutsford Express you will receive a Tracking number to collect your order from the specified location.

We also offer drop-off for specified areas in Kingston. They are as follows: Cross Roads, New Kingston and Half Way Tree.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you choose and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and you may need to return a product. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
