What are your opening hours?We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. And on a Wednesday, 9AM to 1PM. We are closed on all Jamaican public holidays.

Can I use my tablet or smartphone to browse and shop?Absolutely! You may use a tablet, desktop, laptop, smartphone – any electronic device that allows you to browse the Internet.

How secure is shopping on F8ful Frenz Stationery Shop & Office Supplies website?We want your online shopping to be worry-free, so we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers*), the industry encryption standard for online purchases. All your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL while you are placing your order so you are always protected. SSL encrypts your credit card information to avoid the decoding of that information by unauthorized persons. How do I register to use your services?Click on the “Create an account” tab on the top right-hand corner of the screen and enter your details. If you forget to do this at the beginning, no worries, you will be prompted to register/log in at checkout.

How can I place an order?Simply browse through our product categories, select the items you want to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We offer secure payment options and fast delivery services to ensure you receive your stationery products in a timely and convenient manner.

What are your accepted payment methods?We accept payments through major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal and Bank transfers. All options are a secure and convenient way of paying for your purchases online.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?All orders are processed within one business day of receipt.

Where do you deliver?We offer delivery to all 14 parishes in Jamaica via Knutsford Express. However, for Kingston, we do offer drop-off services in select areas. These areas include Cross Roads, New Kingston, Portmore and Halfway Tree.

Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?Yes, you may. However, some terms and conditions may apply. Please review our Refunds Policy. If you still need more assistance, please contact us.

I have received a few emails from F8ful Frenz; what do they mean?Order Received: This email informs you that F8ful Frenz Stationery Shop & Office Supplies has received your order and will process it as soon as possible. Payment Receipt: We have received your payment and your order will be processed. Order Processed: This email confirms that F8ful Frenz Stationery Shop & Office Supplies has processed your order. Order Shipped: This email confirms that F8ful Frenz Stationery Shop & Office Supplies has dispatched the order to your shipping address.
